Key responsibilities:

  • Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volumes of traffic
  • Contribute to a positive team environment
  • Maintain a clean and organized workplace so that everyone can locate resources and product as needed
  • Provide high quality products by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards
  • Recommend and advise when needed.
  • Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products
  • Receive inventory
  • Refresh front cases of gelato and ice cream
  • Greet customers with enthusiasm and professionalism
  • Make waffle cones
  • Assisting in Ice Cream making and preparation
  • Washing preparation dishes
  • Assist with physical inventories
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance
  • Attend occasional department meetings after-hours and participate in training opportunities.

  • Employees will be scheduled 35+ hours per week, additional hours may be obtained where available. A uniform will be provided. Competitive salary and bonus!
